Your information, in plain language.

This site is run by Felicia Nevin, a California real estate salesperson (CA DRE #01961050) with eXp Realty of California, Inc. (CA DRE #01878277). This policy covers felicianevin.com and its subdomains.

What I collect

• What you send me. When you fill out a form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the area or property address you mention, your timeframe, your message, and whether you agreed to calls or texts.
• How you arrived. The page you were on, the page that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
• Home search activity. The home search and home value tools on this site are provided by my eXp Realty website, which is powered by BoldTrail (Inside Real Estate). If you register or search there, that site collects information under its own privacy policy and may use cookies.

This site itself does not set advertising cookies. It keeps the campaign tag from the link you clicked for the length of your visit, so I know which post or ad brought you here. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If I add advertising or analytics tools later, such as the Meta pixel, I will update this policy first.

How I use it

• To reply to you and help with your real estate questions.
• To send you listings, market updates, or follow-ups you asked for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To call or text you, only if you checked the box that says it's okay. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• To keep records my broker and the law require.

Who I share it with

• My brokerage, eXp Realty of California, Inc., which supervises my work.
• One partner agent, when it helps you. If you ask for help in an area a trusted partner agent covers, I share your request with that one licensed agent so they can help you. I may receive a referral fee from their broker if you close a sale with them. It does not change what you pay.
• Service providers that run my tools: Google (forms, email, spreadsheets), BoldTrail by Inside Real Estate (contact management and home search), and GitHub (website hosting).
• When the law requires it.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by sending a message through the contact form. I'll respond within 30 days. I may need to keep some records that the law or my broker requires.
• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. Reply STOP to texts.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. The embedded home search tools are run by a third party and may handle these signals differently.

Children

This site is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
